EMCO is growing, and we would rather promote from within than hire from outside. Our Apprentice to Journeyman Program gives new hands a clear path forward, and as we scale, we want our Journeymen stepping up into Lead roles.

    Learn the trade alongside experienced Journeymen in the Shop and in the Field, with hands-on training on real jobs.

    Journeyman

    Complete the program and earn your Journeyman status, running work on your own across multiple crafts.

    Lead

    As EMCO grows, we promote our Journeymen into Lead roles, running crews and jobs.
