Electrical-Mechanical Contractors, Inc. ("EMCO") keeps the information you share with us to the minimum we need to do business with you. Last updated November 1, 2026.

What We Collect

When you use the Request a Quote or Careers forms on emco-inc.net, we receive what you type: your name, company, email, phone, project details and, for job applications, your work history. When we correspond with you by email, we keep the business contact details in that correspondence (name, title, company, work email and phone) and a note of where they came from, such as a project report, a public web page or a referral.

How We Use It

We use this information to answer your request, prepare bids, consider job applications and send occasional business correspondence about EMCO's services. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run a newsletter or mailing list.

Email From EMCO

If you receive an email from EMCO and would rather not hear from us, reply "no thanks" or use the link at the bottom of the email. We will not contact you again by email.

Social Media

EMCO publishes posts to its own company pages on networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Any tools EMCO connects to those networks are used only to publish and manage EMCO's own posts and to view statistics for EMCO's own pages. We do not collect or store information about the people who follow or interact with those pages, beyond what each network shows on EMCO's page.

Who Sees It

Your information is handled by EMCO staff and the service providers that run our email, website and business software (for example Google Workspace and Cloudflare), only as needed to provide those services.

Keeping It Safe

We use reasonable safeguards, including restricted, signed-in access to our internal systems. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Deleting Your Information

To have EMCO delete information we hold about you, including anything received through a connected social media account, email harrison@emco-inc.net with the subject "Delete My Information." We confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
